Card once sold will not be taken back. |

Services available within border areas of Delhi & NCR. |

Card is for the vehicles are not for the person. |

Services will be provided only when the vehicle develops fault while driving on the road. |

Its mandatory for the customer making help line call to produce either the card or the sticker to avail the required services. |

Dropping facility to the family members in case of major breakdown shall be provided to the nearest conveyance point. In case of non-availability of the conveyance, the facility will be extended to the residence of the cardholder |

If the vehicle is repairable on road, free towing/dropping service will not be provided. |
8. |
Free towing service is only provided upto 7 kms or to the nearest services station beyond which extra charges will be charged per km the destination point on case-to-case base @ Rs.25/-per km. |

For similar mechanical fault, service will not be provided more than three times consecutively, but could be attended at a cost as applicable then. |

Arrangement of emergency petrol upto 5 ltrs. At cost. |
11. |
Wheel tube repair services will be provided for flat tyre at actual cost. (The vehicle owner if desires may accompany the mechanic to the puncture shop). |

Card provides the service to tow your vehicle to the nearest service station. |
13. |
Service of opening of cars with keys locked inside will be given if possible with standard tools available, else key makers will be brought at the cost to be borne by Cardholder, recovery of duplicate keys from remote location will be provided at the rates prevailing then. |

Claims /Refunds if any will not exceed the residual value (on per day prorate basis of Card validity period) of the Card fees paid by the Cardholder as on the data of the claim. |

It will be considered that all the terms& Conditions are accepted by the Cardholder concerned. |
16. |
Towing of vehicle may not be provided between 8am to11am and 5pm to 8pm or any other restriction imposed by the traffic police. |
17. |
The customer or its representative will have no claim against the company or its representative either civil or criminal nature or pursuant to this card in respect of death or injury of the customer or any other person or loss or damage to any other property caused by or due to equipment failure, breakdown on accident or fire on utilization of services during the validity of the card. |

No services will be provided on Vishwakarma Day. |
19. |
The card is not valid for any commercial vehicle. |
20. |
Vehicles older than 15 years at the time of enrolling shall not be accepted for services. If card is taken erroneously, the card fee will be refunded provided no service is availed before the request for refund is made |

The company will try and ensure to provide service within the stipulated time of 30 minutes but it can’t be held responsible for any delay arising due to force majeure conditions not within its control. |

Company is authorized to add or charge any or all the terms and Conditions not within its control. |
23. |
In case of claim other then Accidental Insurance, the amount can not exceed the amount paid by the member. |
24. |
Card is valid for one year from the date of subscription/ renewal. |
25. |
In case of dishonouring of cheque, the membership automatically gets cancelled. |
26. |
In case of customers /non customers where immediate service (without activation) is being provided a service charge of Rs .250/- will be charged. |
27. |
Cost of spares (if any) will be charged extra at actuals. |
28. |
Towing facility will not be provided for Jeep, SUV Category vehicles, C/D Segment cars. For towing of these vehicles crane will be provided at actual cost. |
29. |
Receipts for cost of Petrol /Diesel will not be provided. |
30. |
In case of an accident, towing will be crane at actual cost. |
31. |
All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Delhi only. |
